Community Guidelines

First and foremost

We encourage you to be your genuine self in your Journey Map videos and text. Within the The Spiritual Archaeologist venue, viewers/voters/sponsors are interested in genuine content. You will receive the highest response if you be yourself instead of acting in a way you think people want to view you.

Sexual Content

There are many sites that promote sexual content, we promote the success of dreams. If your dream “is” explicit sexuality, then this is not the venue for you. We wish you success in whatever other venue you choose.

Harassment

Do not engage, or encourage others to engage, in any targeted abuse or harassment against any other user. Reports of threats, bullying or intimidation are taken very seriously.

Violence and Emotional and Physical Harm

We do not tolerate any content that advocate for or threaten violence of any sort, including threatening or promoting terrorism. Physical or emotional assault, coercion and any acts of violence are strictly prohibited.

Hate Speech

Any content that promotes, advocates for or condones racism, bigotry, hatred, or violence against individuals or groups based on factors like (but not limited to) race, ethnicity, religious affiliation, disability, gender, age, national origin, sexual orientation, gender identity or pollical affiliation is not allowed.

Private Information

Whether yours or someone else’s, DO NOT PUBLICLY POST or give out any private information such as social security numbers, passports, passwords or any financial information. Remember, you are in an online venue, do not give out that personal information to anyone.  If you wish to give someone your email address or phone number to another member, you may do so securely through our messaging.  But we do suggest you continue to excercise caution.

Fake or Scam Dream Profiles

If The Spiritual Archaeologist considers your Profile to be fake, impersonating someone or an attempt to scam people, on the sole discretion of The Spiritual Archaeologist, we may make your profile inactive and you will not be eligible for any refund.

Promotion of your profile contenct

The Spiritual Archaeologist allows you to post, promote profile or videos through Social Media and/or other websites.

Minors

You must be 17 years of age or older to use The Spiritual Archaeologist. As such, we do not allow images of unaccompanied minors, please make sure you are in the same picture as the minor. If you see a profile that includes an unaccompanied minor, encourages harm to a minor or depicts a minor in a sexual or suggestive way, please report it immediately.

Copyright and Trademark Infringement

Tread lightly with trademark or copyright information, videos or photos if you do not have permission to do so. Do not pass off someone else’s work as your own. You can display photos that represent your dream. For instance, if your dream is to own a specific motorcycle, then you are free to post photos of such or include it within your video. You just can’t say you built it, unless you really did.

Illegal Usage

Illegal activity as deemed by the Federal, State and local laws apply to any online content as well.

Membership Types

You cannot combine membership types under the same account using the same email address.  Each membership type, Visionaries, Sponsors and Voters requre a separate account using an email address that is not used by any other membership account.

Account Inactivity

If you don’t log in to your Spiritual Archaeologist account for 6+ months, we may assume you are no longer interested in maintaining an account with The Spiritual Archaeologist and therefore may choose to make it inactive at our discretion.

Account Permanent Deletion

Please contact us through our Support page and request your account be permanently deleted. This action cannot be undone.
